PayClock EZ bugs?

Help!!
I own a new business and have a professional bookkeeping/tax service
that does my payroll.
My problem is with reporting the time to my service.
I bought PayClock EZ by Lathem Time to solve my problems. BUT-I can't
set up the program properly or there's a bug.
1. If an employee starts at 6am on monday and then at 5:55 on
tuesday, the program inserts the 5:55 back up to monday and pushes
every other time forward.... ie starting times are now ending times
etc.
2. I run 2 shifts a day. My hours are from 6 am till 2 am. My late
night employees work past midnight and I cannot get the program to
allow me to manually insert the ending time.
The Latham online manual is absolutely no help. Barely covers setup.
No FAQ's on their website. I'll call them for help when I can, but
work in an ER from 8 to 5 and have a hard time getting them during
their help hours.
