o Courtney Nicole Howell, 27, of Layton, Utah cried in
court on Wednesday as she was sentenced to 30 years
behind bars for killing her child

o Howell gave her baby girl Jaslynn Mansfield, 17-months,
methadone to help her sleep and the baby overdosed

o 'Trying to forgive myself is an endless battle I
struggle with daily,' she said as she wiped away her
tears
