my 11 1/2 month old daughter has had eczema since she was two weeks old.
she really seems to be growing out of it. thing is, i just absolutely CAN
NOT tell what it is that's causing the eczema. she still breaks out two to
four times a month. i've tried eliminating foods, then reintroducing them.
i just flat can not find a pattern to it.

we use all hypoallergenic, fragrance-free things on her and ourselves. she
wears only 100 percent cotton clothes and pajamas. we wash her clothes and
our clothes in hypoallergenic, fragrance-free soap. same with the dishes.

so anyway, does anyone have any experience or knowlege on allergy testing?
i'm considering it so i can know once and for all what's bothering her.

thanks in advance!!

Sometimes you just can't find a cause for eczema - it's not necessarily
caused by allergies or irritants, & so no matter what you eliminate, you
may not be able to find the source of the problem :-(

As far as allergy testing is concerned, many allergists will not test a
child of this age, because what they're allergic to changes so often when
they're young - they may grow out of a particular allergy or develop a
new one.

The only thing I can suggest is that you see a homeopath - I have two
children who developed eczema which was successfully treated by
homeopathy.
