PS OK Gary I took a quick look at the first 3 Defense Intelligence
Agency reports on Soviet Paranormal Physics during the Cold War. I do
not have the time to look at them in detail. It would be a good
interdisciplinary project for students if I were teaching a course in
the subject at say The National Defense University, or at Langley or
some such USG or allied NATO School. Suffice it to say that the "theory"
discussed in these DIA reports is very primitive in the light of what I
know today in 2002. I should also say that I was quite clueless myself
as to what was needed in the early 70's as was everyone else. It has
only been since 2001 that I feel I have now a real grip on these PSI
WARs issues including UFOs. Remember I have been working on this problem
now for 50 years. It took that long to solve it because we had to wait
for the cosmological discovery of anti-gravitating "dark energy" of the
vacuum as well as the replication of "presponse" by Dick Bierman in Holland.
However, these papers clearly are consistent with my autobiographical
narrative in "Destiny Matrix" regarding Dennis Bardens words to me at
The Blue Boar Inn Cambridge University in Spring 1974, also Brendan O
Regan and George Koopman, later of course CIA Chief of Station Harold
Chipman. But remember before all that was Walter Breen in the 50's who,
directed in the background by Eugene McDermott a powerful WWII
Intelligence Figure and a founder of Texas Instruments, was doing all
that kind of work with us kids! Therefore, whatever the Soviets were up
to, the American Ruling Class in the Arthur Young, Charles Lindburgh,
Eugene McDermott "blue blood" circle around New York City and
Philadelphia were already into the paranormal in a big way and were
recruiting cadres of "gifted kids" to experiment on. I was one of those
kids. So was Saul-Paul Sirag. Robert Anton Wilson also clearly connected
with all this as well as the USG Intelligence people who got Tim Leary
to study mind-altering drugs when he was a very straight Psych Prof at
Berkeley prior to Harvard. Remember I had private conversations with
Leary on this more than once.
I did not find the two UFO papers particularly enlightening.

energy/attractive dark matter - the "cement" of "/\ field metric
engineering of weightless warp drive and star gate time travel to past
and other parallel material brane hyperspace worlds out of the unstable
globally flat quantum gauge foam of spin 1/2 & spin 1 quantum fields.
Metric engineering of the vacuum zero point /\ field is analogous to
exciting "second sound" wave packets in superfluid helium. I now think
that all the main pieces of the UFO-gravity-consciousness puzzle that
Walter Breen first suggested in the early 1950's, that came up again 20
years later from Brendan O Regan and George Koopman as well as Andrija
Puharich, that is implicit in General MacArthur's staff officer Col
Phil Corso's final reports before his death in the 90's and that is
spelled out dramatically in Spielberg's "Taken" are all now in place in
a qualitative way - ready for the next major step closer to real
technology. ISSO 1999-2000 was an important step along the way because
it alerted me to Hagen Kleinert's "World Crystal" picture. My real
breakthrough however is primarily from unexpected experimental and
observational facts:
Bierman's replication of Radin's "presponse" that he set out to refute
- on the mind-matter front.
Repulsive dark energy as 65% of universe stuff on large scale.
Attractive dark matter as 30% of universe stuff on large scale.
Us "star stuff" as only a scant 5% of universe stuff.
Finally the observations/analysis of UFOs by Vallee, Maccabee, NIDS
(Eric Davis - not the Puthoff PV part) and French Military primarily.
These FOUR developments cosmically triggered the grand synthesis, the
phase transition in my mind to the local /\ field starting in 2001.
Three other theory developments were my 1994 reading of p. 30 in Bohm
and Hiley's "Undivided Universe" & Ch 14.
Reading pp 24-26 of John Peacock's "Cosmological Physics" as a result
of my going to Cal Tech Kip Fest in June 2000.
Lenny Susskind's "world hologram" idea and his related ideas like
"horizon complementarity" and "IR/UV duality".
Finally remembering the physics I did in 1960's at UCSD with Keith
Brueckner & FW Cummings & H. Frohlich, UKAERE-Harwell with Marshall
Stoneham, IAEA-ICTP with Abdus Salam - all related to PW Anderson's
"More is different" and Sakharov's idea of 1967.
