Athens has never had Olympic games, only previously in 1896 and 1906
by that time the city and the country was far from pagan.

I can think of several ways that particular prediction can be "fulfilled"
without the obvious answer happenning, i.e. some sort of terrorist attack
during the olympics.
e.g. Small outbreak of some disease during the olympics, small construction
accident during the olympics (for a sufficiently vague notion of what
"during" means).
