Life In The Philippines - Two CR's In The Philippines

dead, and the video was tremendous. I began seeing what I could
determine were my previous life times. I saw myself in many different
life times, not only as me, myself, the person who I am right now, but
as me in other bodies born from different parents.
These "dreams" began to have audio to them after a few years. I
decided to call them "Cognizant Realizations" rather than "dreams", as
they are realizations about my past life times on different planets.
Apparently, we are born, again and again, but each time on a different
planet. What the mechanism is for that to happen, I don't know. It's
like a migration in the truest sense. We migrate from one planet to
another, for one life time to another life time.
Tonight, the Cognizant Realizations as I call them, the audio video
files I see while I sleep, were different from most of my CR's.
I had two CR's and both were in the Philippines on these two different
planets in my CR's.
The first showed me how poor the people were. Their town had been
decimated by some kind of tragic event. It may have been due to a
natural disaster. They were left with literally nothing. The older
people were the worst affected as they had virtually nothing to begin
with.
The second CR showed me a richer more wealthy side to the Philippines.
It was obviously on a different planet from the first one. The
location was completely different. There were still loads of poor
people, but they managed to work, and earn money, that could buy the
basic necessities of life for their children. They lived communally in
slums, but were still well off, as they had food to eat.
These Philippine people in the second CR had a peculiar habit or
custom. They didn't like it when someone was more fortunate than they
were. And they took out their frustrations on the mini-bikers who
would operate their mini bikes or mopeds and drive down the street.
They would take a rag or a wet sponge and slap the moped rider in the
eyes with the wet rag or sponge. The water was often foul and was full
of contagions, so it was not uncommon to develop some sort of disease
from the foul water that you had shoved into your face and eyes as you
rode your moped down the street. They would target you just as you
were starting up from a dead stop at a traffic light, or while making
a turn. If you got too close to the side of the street where
pedestrians were, 8 times out of 10, you would get slapped in the eyes
with a wet rag or wet sponge.
These CR's show me that we migrate from life time to life time, from
one planet to another planet, in life time after life time. They show
me that this universe, in its eternal flow, is inhabited on planet
after planet by these cultures that grow up on each planet. This
universe is not a universe devoid of life but it is a universe teeming
with life, on planet after planet.
Today, instead of the government spending money on Mars expeditions,
or planning and implementing return to the moon trips, we, our
government should be looking more aggressively for life on other
planets. As my Cognizant Realizations point out, and in the light of
them, we are not alone by any means in this universe.
Astronomers should be given telescopes and the radio and video
tele-communications technologies to transmit and receive to and from
far away galaxies, and not only within our own.
They should be given the equipment to help them to detect life on
other planets, and then the needed technologies to help them to
communicate with those other planets' peoples.
