I have always wondered why people are so afraid to experience the
unknown when even as a child I needed to to know everything regardless
of any danger. I can't think of a time in my life when questions of
existence did not excite and intrigue me, so much so that this burning
desire to understand existence has in many ways challenged me to enter
some of the most extremely dangerous professions to understand myself.
Are you drawn to life threatening danger as I am? For your sake I hope
not!
For most of you ghosts, exorcisms, mediums, psychics, out of body
experience, seeing actual events in your dreams or any number of other
paranormal events that tend to frighten you because they are not what
we have been taught to understand as normal within our physical
environment. Well I'm sorry to have to tell you that many of these
types of events are quite normal and very much a part of our lives
despite what you may choose to believe. the simple reason for your
fear is a lack of understanding how life, death and beyond this
existence works. It's really not that hard or complicated to
understand once you allow yourself to see past generations of cultural
and social programming.
I certainly can't tell you what to believe because this a choice which
you have to make for yourselves. It has always been my belief that we
all need to find valid answers for ourselves and then question these
answers to see if they really make sense or do they just make you feel
good. Feel good answers rarely resolve the deeper issues which made
you look for answers in the first place. Regardless of your personal
beliefs one fact stands out which cannot be denied "we are more than
the sum of our physical parts",whether you like it or not. How we
choose to define the intangible essence of " what we are", has not now
or ever in this planets history been accurately explained by any
present day faith based belief structure . How can we know this? The
answer is quite simple. Remove your belief structure from your life
and apply what you know to explaining life on this planet without it.
This of course relates to all life and species here because life on
this planet existed long before the human species did. When you
eliminate the accumulated garbage and reduce life to the very basics
of existence then and only then will reliable explanations emerge.
This is part of the process I used in writing my book, The
Practitioner Life, Death and the paranormal to explain life beyond a
universal matrix. You can google the title for more information if
your interested.
If there's one thing I've learned in my 58 years is that if your
belief structure doesn't make sense or stand up to a rational
challenge than what good is it. Sorry if this offends anyone. it is
not intended in that light. Please make your views known to this post.
