JOB TITLE: AWS Data Architect V
LOCATION: New York City, NY or Owings Mills, MD
DURATION: 6 MONTHAS PLUS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Work Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a technology area of study; preferably in Computer Science, MIS or Analytics
• 7+ years equivalent work experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Architecture and/or Data Warehousing; preferably in a shared or enterprise data environment
• 5+ years direct experience in Data Modeling and Data Solution Development. Excellent knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.
• 5+ years of hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols).
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or financial services
• Knowledge in semantic data modeling a plus
• SQL Query development skills for analyzing and profiling data
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies – Waterfall and Agile
• Deep expertise in data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt modeling methods from case studies or other proven approaches
