Need Info/help please.

I am posting this for a friend.

I am looking to open a store in late 1996 selling ritual items such as
candles, crystals, stones, books, herbs and jewelry. I am looking for
information on suppliers and distributers of such items. I am also
looking for input of what you look for when you walk into a store to
purchase your supplies. What you like and what you don't. I want
everyone to feel comfy. Any help appreciated.
