psychokinetic spoon bending method.

i don't claim this technique to be mine as i got most of it elsewhere
(forgotten where).
you dont need to be holding the spoon. just leave it by yourself in
your field of peripheral vision. don't focus the eyes on it.
place the fingertips of your left hand against those of your right.
imagine energy coming down from the right side of yor brain to the
fingertips of your left hand.
imagine energy coming from the left side of the brain to the fingertips
of the right hand.
imagine projecting this energy beyond the body, from the fingertips
move it a couple of inches to the left then back again. then repeat to
the right. repeat this step again.
now multiply the amount of psychic energy 10 fold. imagine it forming a
sphere 1-2 feet in diameter.
multiply the amount of energy by 100. imagine a sphere some 15-25 feet
in diameter.
multiply the energy 1000 fold. imagine a sphere of energy 100-200 feet
in diameter.
tell yourself that you can use this energy for whatever you want. say
what you are going to use it for.
if it is for spoon bending imagine that the spoon is bending, twisting
and buckling, that the bowl is rolling up tightly, that the spoon is
now as soft as putty.
turn to the spoon and visualise all the reat sphere of energy going
into it then visualise and will the sponn bending, twisting, folding
and rolling.
the whole procedure takes just 5 minutes.
i advise repeating the procedure 10 times in one go. to absolutely
guarentee pk spend 3 hours doing the exercise. such a period inevitably
produces the change in consciousness to work psychism/magick though
some succeed much mor quickly.
