Dear Ashley Rye:
I am very glad that you contacted me through the internet. My
ex-husband, Philip Schneider,
had been talking about many U.S. cover-ups, especially the last two
years of his life, from 1993
through 1995. He was found deceased in his apartment in Wilsonville,
Oregon on 1/17/96, but
he had been dead since probably 1/11/96. A rubber hose was wrapped
around his neck and the
medical examiner has established suicide. However, Philip often said
that his life was in danger,
that he and his family had been threatened, and if anyone ever said he
had "committed suicide"
that he had in fact been "murdered".
Besides the unusual circumstances of his death, there were items
missing from his apartment that
have not been accounted for, such as photographs, notes, books, and
metals that he used in his
lectures. Also missing, after they were already transferred to my
home, are military photographs
that were taken from my home months later. My garage was also broken
into, but as far as I can
tell, nothing was ever taken. When I transferred a suitcase of
materials to his friend, Mark
Rufener of Seattle, Washington, a black military helicopter hovered
over my home in an effort to
see who I was transferring the materials to. After Philip's death Al
Beliek, a friend of Philip's
who helped him begin his talks about the Philadelphia Experiment, came
up from Georgia to
help me move Philip's apartment items. All in all, it has been a very
frustrating and trying
experience. I made arrangements with the medical examiner to hold on
to samples of Philip's
blood and urine so that I could raise the money to have them tested.
11 months later I contacted
the ME offce to have the samples transferred to a lab, but they were
"MISSING".
Philip was a very complex person. He did some things that were not
positive in his life, he had a
checkered past and our marriage was abusive. In his lectures there may
be some "stories" that
are probably not the truth, but are a synthesis of his life and
information that was given to him by
others. The more he lectured, the more people would approach him with
new information. He
was willing to get up in front of hundreds of people, with his real
name, not cloaked by
shawdows and voice change. He was truely brave. The reason for his
bravery came from the
fact that the "threat" of death had no meaning to him. He was already
dying from Multiple
Sclerosis, brittle bone syndrome, chronic back pain, and tumors. His
life sometimes included
crutches and wheelchairs to get around. He had "mind over matter"
techniques. He would wake
up in extreme pain, have a full body cast, be in a wheelchair, and
then his daughter would come
over. Suddenly the wheelchair is put in a corner and his body cast is
off, and he is bowling with
his family. When he had to, he had great strength. I believe that the
reason he wanted to talk out
about his experiences was he wanted to make a safer world for his
daughter, Marie. He loved her
very much, and all of his friends told me how much she meant to him.
The only reason he is
dead today is because his family was theatened. He either had to
submit to their assault against
him or have his family murdered. (Details of his murder is from an
unusual source. My mother,
Jorene, had a psyhic channeling and has revealed the details of his
murder. She is often times
guided by the Holy Spririt, but this is the first such occurance for
her after a visit to my home
from Los Angeles, California where she lives.)
Enclosed are the letters I mentioned that were written by Philip's
father, Capt. Oscar Schneider
M.D. of the United States Navy. I saw the originals. They were yellow
with age, had original
envelopes, with stamps and postmarks. People who want the truth to be
kept a secret have
accused Philip of "forging" them. Believe me, Philip was a smart man,
but there is no way in
hell he could have forged these letters. The security codes alone
would have been above and
beyond his knowledge. They are authentic letters, and seem to outline
the USS
Eldridge/Farnsworth, the quanteeing of men into a mental ward in
Virginia, the escape of some
crew memebers (7), and the autopsy of crewmember number 9. The item
found implanted in
crewmember #9 was perplexing to Oscar. This was a medical doctor with
the Navy, who had a
"Cosmic" clearance (the highest given) who could not identify what he
found in the body of this
crewmember. He had to write to Dr. E. Condon, in Colorado, for
information. Today we can
easily recognize these "implants" as transistors. With all of the UFO
abductees telling stories of
implants being placed into their bodies, the most likely area is
behind the eye. That is exactly
where Oscar found one of the implants in crewmember #9. Whether on
purpose, or by accident,
the Philadelphia Experiment had intereferance from ......who knows
what.
Peace be with you.
Please feel free to share this information.
Sincerely,
Cynthia Schneider Drayer

Dear Mr. Valdez :
I appreciate your call this date concerning the death of my
ex-husband, Philip Schneider. I know in my heart that he was
murdered, but I have been unsuccessful in convincing the law
enforcement officers and agencies here in Oregon. I am typing
this letter to summarize some of my thoughts, which includes
areas tnat need follow-up. I'm now a single mother with two
small children and fear for their safety. Philip's daughter,
Marie, is now 9 years old. We are currently going to a grief
support group for children who have lost a parent. She is such
a sensitive child. She is very much like her father in
spirituality. My son, Michael Philip Jesse Moreci, is almost
3, Philip was his godfather, and more of a father to him than
his biological father. Thus this does not just concern the
murder of an individual, but the murder of a family. I'm
employed with the State of Oregon working with Teen mothers
to help them to continue their education, career training, to
eventually obtain full time employment and to keep their familios
together. My own mother was 14 when I was born. ( As mentioned
in our phone call, my biological father was in the Army in
Albuequerque, NM and disappeared there in 1952. I believe he
may have been involved with the Philadelphia Experiment and
became a non-person with the military.) My job is difficult
and, emotionally draining, but the end results are life changing
for them. I feel lucky that I can do a job where I feel I m
rnaking a difference, and I feel that I am spiritually guided
to work with this vulnerable population. The job, although
fulfilling, does not compensate me fully financially. Marie
has been denied social security death benefits because Philip
worked under two social security numbers. It was a "clerical
error" but now I am wondering if it was purposely done by the
government so that later Philip would have a hard time proving
that he worked for the companies he said he did. In the 1980's
he had to apply for SSI because the Soc. Sec. office said he
did not have enough quarters. I believe he had, but was unable
to prove it at the time. The social security office provided
Philip with little help, and he was by that time learning
disabled. He was unable to fill out forms needed to pursue
his needs, so he ended up on SSI. So now, as I pursue Marie's
benefits I am unable to get what she deserves. Philip left
his entire estate to Marie. It consisted of rocks and minerals,
books and furniture, and--a few gold coins from his father's
estate. I have had to use most of these assets to pay for his
funeral expenses, moving costs, storage, etc. Philip had no
life insurance because of his illnesses. No one would insure
him. I guess what I am trying to say is, I need help to continue
the search for Philip's murderers, for the final justice he
deserves, for the final justice that his daughter deserves.
When I talked with Dr. Gunson about completing the blood and
urinalysis for Philip she told me that the County could not
afford to do tests such as that on people who committed suicide.
She said it would cost at least $2,000 for just a simple search
for specific chemicals that I thought he might have been injected
with. She at least told me that his samples would be kept for
one year instead of the 3 months that are indicated on the
autopsy report. That one year time is up on 1/17/1997, not
very far away, and I am scared. I believe if the blood work
is done there will be evidence of his murder. He will have
mass quantities of something because he has had 3 shots of it
before his death. I do not have a medical background to guess
substance would be. It would be strong enough to knock
out a man who was 240 lbs and 6'4" tall. A big hulk of a man
and with the strength of 5 when he was mad. Philip always told
me that he was allergic to Sodium Phenothal (truth serum) and
that if anyone gave that to him he would certainly die. When
I talked with Dr. Karen Gunson and asked her if Philip had any
symptoms of an allergic reaction she stated that his throat
was not swollen duo to any reaction. However, the autopsy report
also said that there was nothing out of the ordinary about his
throat when he had a tracheotomy several decades ago. He had
z-plasty to fill in the deep hole in his throat while we were
married. I always thought it was strange that there was no
mention of this, nor of the scar on his back for back surgery,
nor of the split in his penis due to injuries he received before
1980. The autopsy states that his genitals were "unremarkable"
but to anyone who saw it, they would have noted how unusual
they were. Even it someone could help with the costs of these
tests, there is no guarantee that the samples would be released
for testing. I seem to recall in my early investigation someone
saying that the Clackamas County Sheriff's office would have
to reopen the case and authorize the testing. So far they have
refused to reopen the case, stating that it was a suicide, pure
and simple.
Under the advice of Philip's lawyer and brother George Schneider
(a Multnomah County Sheriff) I was told to go immediately to
his apartment and remove any assets for Marie's trust, that
it was my responsibility to safeguard them. When I went there,
with the strong smell of his death still in the air, I was unable
to locate his wallet. I looked for it in all the normal places,
even in his pants pockets in the closet, but there was no wallet.
Two days later I had detectives look for it and they were not
able to find it either. On the third day, I did find the wallet,
in the back pocket of a pair of pants hanging in the closet.
I have often wondered about this. I am very good at searching
and feel that I looked there to begin with. The wallet,
therefore, must have been returned to the apartment after
Philip's death. In the back of my mind was the thought that
when I made such a fuss about the wallet being missing that
the "ears" that were listening knew they had to replace it with
his real wallet or the investigation would never be closed.
Now that my mother has had her psychic vision about how Philip
died, I can see a different reason. When Philip was accosted,
he fell to the ground at the gravel pit. This was in January
when it is wet in Oregon, and there would have been a lot of
mud. If his body was planted back in his apartment, then his
cloths would have to be taken off and removed from the apartment,
as the cloths would give away were he had been and possibly
show a struggle. The wallet may have accidentally been left
in the pocket of his pants when they were taken off. Only after
I made a fuss over it was it returned to the apartment. Anyways,
this is only one of the many strange things that has happened
since then. Several weeks after I transferred Philip's items
to my home, my garage, and to a storage unit, I found my garage
door open. The lock had been removed and was no where in sight.
Nothing in the garage seemed to be disturbed. I get calls
occasionally where people just hang up when I answer, as if
to see if I am at home. When I transferred items from my hame
to one of Philip s friends a black military helicopter flew
over my home and hovered in place. One night on a Saturday
about 7:00 PM I was at the storage unit when a black military
helicopter flew into the adjoining property. Soon after a large
U shaped crane started moving, as if something heavy was being
moved from one area of the yard to another. It either means
that I was again being observed, or there is an underground
military base next door to this storage unit. It is a few blocks
from my home! It is also the same storage unit that Philip
vsed to store his father's furniture (Oscar Schneider).
Philip's mother, Sally, died in 1990, soon after our divorce.
(Cancer of the lungs)
His father died in 1993. It was still not settled when Philip
died. His brother George, the executor of the trust, took
thousands of dollars from the estate. He lives in a brand new
home. Philip had to sue George for Marie's portion of the estate
which was stipulated in the trust, but never distributed to
me. On top of this, Philip never saw the distribution of the
safety deposit boxes. In August of this year, I had to sit
in for Philip, to get the last of his father's estate, which
now belongs to Marie. It makes me mad that Philip did not and
could not end up benefiting from his father's estate. It also
means that there was bad blood between him and his brother.
Being as George is a Multnomah County Sheriff's Deputy, he could
have the knowledge and desire to end Philip's life. When I
showed my mother a photo of George, she did not pick up on any
indicators that he was behind Philip's murder, but she did become
very uncomfortable when she saw George's wife, Blanche Schneider
Initially when I told George that I thought Philip had been
murdered, he supported me. He thought that the way in which
Philip committed "suicide" was most unusual, and that his brother
would not have ended it that way. He was truthfully very upset
about his brother's death. Later, when I asked him to look
into the information that my mother provided, he sent me a rather
nasty letter stating he now believed that Philip had committed
suicide, and that I was not a good mother wasting my time in
looking for something that wasn't there. He completely changed
his tune, which makes me now think that his wife may indeed
me involved or that he might be involved. Something my mother
said sticks in my mind. She said that Walt Heacock, the man
she saw arguing with Philip at the gravel pit in her vision,
was also responsible for the murder of Ron Rummal, Philip's
best friend, with the murder of Corey Faye, and with the murder
of Oscar Schneider, Philip's father. Philip always told me
that he felt that George had "killed" his father, but I always,
assumed he meant that he kept Oscar at a nursing home against
his will. Oscar always wanted to die at home. Eventually he
had to have a leg amputated because of his diabetes and died
of what I thought was a natural death. My mother states that
he did not die "quick" enough, and was killed. Now if Walt
Heacock was responsible for Philip's death and for Oscar's death,
then maybe he was a contract hit man for George to get rid of
Oscar. Even if George did not hire him for Philip's death,
it must have been pretty uncomfortable to see Walt Heacock's
name in my mother's vision. It would have forced him to turn
around and try to get me to stop searching so I would never
connect Walt with Oscar's death. I know this all sounds bizarre,
but you indicated in your call that you wanted more details
that I might be able to provide. I have never written down
the above "possible" connection between all of these people.
So the second thing that you can help me with is to find out
who this Walt Heacock person is, and where he resides. (My
mother thinks he is still in the Portland area, probably not
far from Wilsonville where Philip lived.) I'd like to know
if he has any criminal record, or if he is associated with any
government agencies. It would be nice to know who the other
people were, but Walt may be the key to all of them anyways.
There are missing assets. (Note: I feel that Philip found someone to
take 2 tubs, 2 that are 4' high and 2 that are 2' high. He does not
know this person well, but trusted him. This person may not know
he is dead _or_ who to send assets to) - Cyn.
My mother states that Philip's friend, Blaine Schmeer,
has items from Philip's estate that now belong
to my daughter. These include gold and silver coins marked
with "OS" and "MS", and 4 large round cardboard containers with
outside metal rings (2 tall and 2 short) which have rocks,
minerals and a letter hidden deep inside one of them. This
letter will answer all the questions and name the names about
why Philip is dead today. After my mother told me about this,
I called Blaine and asked him if there were any assets in the
safe that he and Philip jointly owned at one time: My mother
even knew where the safe was and what it looked like! When
I described it to Blaine I could tell he was not very
comfortable. He stated that Philip took everything out of the
safe. He even knew about the 4 containers, but stated that
Philip took them out of his garage after he and Philip had a
very bad argument in October of 1995. Blaine was at one time
the executor of Marie's trust account, but Philip had his lawyer
change it after they had this argument. Philip always told
me that he thought Blaine was working for the CIA. Blaine made
trips to Thailand, and Philip later believed that Blaine may
have been responsible for a friend's death over in that country.
Anyways, Philip did not trust one of his best friends very near
the time that he is murdered. My mother does not believe that
Blaine had anything to do with his murder, but he does have
items that belong to Philip. Thus, the third thing I need
is for someone to help me locate assets that Philip left behind
so that they may be given to his daughter, Marie. He may also
be spreading "disinformation" around about Philip, so people
will not believe his "stories". He says he believes that Philip
killed himself accidentally while trying to get some sort of
sexual pleasure in cutting oxygen off. If you were tying
something around your neck, you certainly would not sit on the
edge of the bed, and tie the tubing into a half knot. Plus,
if he did do this by accident he would have clawed at the tubing
as it is a very painful way to die. There are no claw marks
on Philip`s neck because he had his hands tied behind his back,
and he was given a shot of something to knock him totally into
unconciousness.
A week after Philip died I called his friends together to talk
about his death. Several men there mentioned seeing a woman
with long blonde hair with Philip a few weeks before his death.
(It was a interesting fact that almost half of the men there
had degrees in engineering!) When we left the meeting, a woman
with long blonde hair was seen speeding away. She had been
viewing our meeting through the window from her car using
binoculars. When we traced the license plate number it turned
out to belong to a truck, so the plates had been stolen and
placed on a car. It is interesting to note that there is a
woman, aceording to my mother, involved in Philip's murder,
who has on a long blonde "wig". She is the one with the drugs
that are injected into Philip. She administered the first two,
and Walt Heacock gave Philip the last and fatal shot.
Philip was accosted at a gravel pit that he and I had been to
many times. I had not been there for almost 6 years. When
my mother started to have her vision on Philip's death, she
could describe the gravel pit where it happened, but it was
a description of the gravel pit that I did not know. Entrances
and exits have changed in the last 6 years, and a fence has
been added. We drove out there, and I knew that a key that
was on Philip's key ring was for a lock that had been on the
fence. He once told me that the owner of the gravel pit had
given him a key to the gates so he could go in whenever he wanted
to. They were good friends, and I have met him also. When I tried
the key on Philip's key ring, it no longer fit, although there was
still a master lock on the gate. It was probably changed after the
owner found out that Philip was dead. I have tried several times to
contact the owner of the Wilsonville sand and gravel company, but
he has never returned my phone calls. So the 4th thing you could
help.me
with is locating the owner, Tom Bernert (sp.), (Wilsonville Concrete
Co.) and getting information about Philip's death from him. It would
be nice to verify that Philip did have a key to the gravel pit.
