Here is an interesting thought: In _Cardinal of the Kremlin_ (Tom Clancy),
the KGB uses a tank for "interrogation" (read: torture). And to me, it would
make sense. I hadn't thought that there would be any positive effects.

It's with flotation tanks as with pizza, it's a delight if you chose
it yourself, it's hell if someone forces you. The same goes for
rubbing of genitals, reading, listening to music and about everything
else potentially pleasant that I can imagine. Move over Mr Skinner!
