for 4 years undercover, now transfer to another blaring open air drug
market has started. Amazingly, area is rife with drug dealers,
hundreds.
security patrol is lead by person whom was tried for Murder, homicide
1 & released as this is not Dc property, its federal, so no
jusrisdiction, in spite of Statutory law that requires presiding H
Judge to find correct h court.
mursers, half dozen know of, dealers from within home, advertising on
google maps, 24/7 be thy name.
in fact havn't seen so much dealing, burp, since 1980s' two blocks
away, H barry councilperson son was PcP fanatic, until got busted,
now
18 months.
so base 1, day 1. buy all like, security at finest....
