I am running Win98 SE, My cdrom has been working fine, but for some stupid
reason, I thought mayb i could get Windows to access it faster if I checked
the SCSI option in the properties from device manager. Well, it didn't make
it faster (duh), but it did cause my cdrom drive to disappear, since I don't
have a SCSI controller. If anyone could please offer some advice on how to
remove a SCSi device(it won't show in device manager) and get my cdrom back,
i would appreciate it very much. TIA.
