HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!

i just bought an p100. spacewalker motherboard, 16 M ram, acer8X cd,
trident 2M vid etc...

i've had serious problems with the regestry. every so often the system
will start with the msg. "restore regisrty from backup and restart". this
will continue for a while, until i get frustrated and decide to reload
win95.

as well, the error message" Pgm has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down" and usually involve the KERNEL32.dll file.

any insights???
