I am running Win2k, and I used to be able to view picture files as
thumbnails. However after installing Nero 7 Premium the boxes now show
a little icon instead.

The thumbnail option is selected under the 'View' tab, and I can't
think of what else it can be.

Can anybody help me please?

Cheers
Glenn

This was a common problem with Win 9x, and was usually related to
uninstalling a graphics program. I have a fix that makes changes to
the registry, but it's never been tested on a NT system (like
Win2000).

BTW, Thumbnails are working fine on my W2000 system with Nero 7.

It must be something related to Nero 7 Premium as the other machines on
the network are fine.

This is the only fix I found that works. It requires some registry work, so
make sure you back it up - just in case.

Not necessarily. What ELSE did you no to that machine. When you
installed Nero, did you then uninstall some graphics program.

Often, reinstalling the graphics program will help.

This is the only thing that I installed/uninstalled.

I have tried reinstalling Nero, but to no avail!

I found my registry to contain the same value suggested by the fix.
Perhaps you have something else wrong. Also, did you notice there are
separate entries for each file type?
