Windows 2000 Server SP1 - URGENT PLEASE

When I click any program on the server, it takes so long to load and most of
the time it does not load and sits there forever. When I click on X to
close it, it gives me a message that this program is not responding.

Can anyone tell me what program/dll it loads when you click any word, excel,
outlook or any other program.

It looks like that the loading program is corrupted and I dont know the name
of the file.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
