changing shortcut (Alt+Tab)

Hi y'all,
I need the Alt+Tab shortcut in other programms a lot and since its
functionallity is more system related then application related I think
it would be better putting this shortcut to the windows key + tab. Could
someone tell me how I can achive this?

You cannot do this in Windows. ALT-TAB is hardcoded-in.
