XP Pro Problem...

When I do a "shutdown" it will shutdown and immediately Re-Start... The only
way I can get it shut off is to unplug it from the wall...
I must have a DLL messed up or missing but I don't have a clue as to how to
fix it...
Any help would be appreciated..

It isn't actually shutting down at all, it is crashing. You probably have
"Automatically Restart" checked in the System Recovery dialogue (My
Computer>Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery). Start here:
