That wil not create a (full) Win98 startup disk which includes several
diagnostic programs AND driver files for CD devices - so you can use
teh Win98 CD.

He asked for a Win98 startup disk (the words of the OP not mine) -
which is widely understood to be the disk you get with the CD and/or
create from inside Control Panel. That startup disk has about 35
files on it.

And I can't get my PC to boot from CD either. If I set the BIOS to boot
from CD 1st, it always says it's a non-bootable disk.
This is the crazy thing: I'm actually installing XP, but as I can't get my
PC to boot from CD if I reinstall I format my drive; install Win98 and then
Upgrade to XP... But like a foolish arse that I am, I've never invested in
a new Floppy Disk, so when ever I need the boot disk the fluff covered
floppy is blank. I'm gonna add it onto the next 50 CD's I burn as an
additional file so I never have this problem again!

You can create a Windows 98 boot disk directly from the Win98 CD. In the
"Tools\mtsutil\fat32ebd" folder you run the FAT32EBD.EXE file and it will
create a boot disk by copying an image file to the floppy. Instructions are
in the FAT32EBD.TXT file in the folder. I used it back when I first
installed Win98.

People should just really, really ignore their posts. They deserve no
human contact at all.
They are like door to door salesmen,.. all they need is to agitate you
once with their sick immoral comment, and you are hooked,.. you get
excited and have to reply how sick they are. This is their
satisfaction. They'll do anything to get you to reply to them, their
classic "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA" is the best example. They are the lowest
people in the world, and the reasoning as to why they do this is
obvious, they have no true self-reflection, and therefore no one else
but us to talk to.
Don't give these immoral idiots the satisfaction of a reply.
Just ignore them. (They change their names too much to keep track of,
but that's not a problem at all). Basically any post or reply
that is derogatory, immoral (i.e. the mockery they made of the Shuttle
Columbia disaster), childish or simply just sick, is bound to be them.
Nothing that you say to them will piss them off more than simply not
replying, don't forget this.
All you have to do is not reply.
