Reboot in safemode,
go to run type in regedit when you get to that screen
go to this key:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\"
right click on Activation Required
And change the value to 0 ( it's default is 1 ).
Reboot and you should be done.
