Uninstall for Windows Media Player 9?

I've heard it's impossible (nice design decision, Micro$oft), but I was
wondering if anyone has a workaround to uninstall Windows Media Player 9 on
XP. It's playing havoc with my video playing. It just locks itself up and
prevents Realaudio from starting at all.

Thanks, I'll try it. And I did try google, just kept getting sites that
claimed it couldn't be done, and it was my own fault for not reaidng the
fine print when I installed it.

Eh, won't work for me unless I go to a really old restore point. Besides,
that still leaves WMP9 codexes in there. I want to actually uninstall the
program. But thanks anyways.
