Does anyone know how to configure a keyboard to Bulgarian phonetic layout in
Windows XP
I used to have one on Windows 95/98/ME from Welkya but this does not work
with XP
Your help will be appreciated!

I believe you can do it form

control panels->Regional and language options
click the languages tab
click the details button on the top right
in the new window click Add in the middle right
choose language Bulgarian
and the appropriate keyboard

i think that shoudl do the trick
Oh and you may want to assign a hot key to swith languages
or sett the appropriate language as defualt

Rip all the key caps off, put them into a bag, shake vigourously, replace at
random.
