"NOTE: If you use Backup in Windows XP Home Edition, Automated System
Recovery (ASR) is not a supported feature. You can use the current
version of Windows XP Home Edition to start the configuration process
for ASR, but you cannot complete the process."
Does this mean that if I install the "backup" feature from the CD that
my System Recovery Feature will no longer work???
I need to know this before I install "backup". Can anyone help me?

What the note means is that you have a backup utility that you can use to
backup, but you cannot use the utility's Automated System Recovery feature.
ASR IS NOT the same as the System Restore feature. It is a sophisticated
utility used to recover from ugly and often catastrophic failures.
