question re mysterious folders

Sure I could look this up on google and within a half hour or so I
might find it... But if someone knows the answer and can easily and
quickly tell me that would be ideal:
I am looking at my C:\ drive and I see 2 folders there:
"Kpcms" and "Kpcms(2)"
Inside of Kpcms is a folder called "CMSCP" and inside that is a file
that says "Cp01".
THEN there is another folder on C:\ that says WUTemp. It appears to be
empty. What is it?
What are these folders? Can I safely delete them?
Can anyone link me to a site that explains these and other similarly
mysterious folders and what they are and which ones I can safely
delete?

you mush have a web cam or such
that looks like a video capture.
if it's nothing you want to keep...then , sure go ahead and delete it

you can delete it if you wish...
it will merely be recreated the next time you do a windows update

Thank you very much Kadaitcha Man, I did not realize how easy it was.
That's exactly what I wanted - 318 pages to sort through for a simple
and quick answer. (see Philo's). You must be a genius! It's good that

The first link that came indicated a camera, possibly kodak. It took all of
0.96 seconds. You completely fucking lazy mental slug.

Yes, but when he factored in the time it takes for him to begin a synapses
(24.731 seconds), then make it coherent (52.471 seconds), then to take action
on it (6 Hours 29 Minutes 34.038 seconds)...he figured it was easier to ask the
question here and sit and drool for 6 and a half hours before checking for an
answer.
