Very normal. Don't worry about either.

hiberfil.sys is for the Hibernation function. It cannot be deleted. If
you want to free up space, then don't use Hibernation ( Control Panel
> Power Options > Hibernate > untick "Enable Hibernation" ).

pagefile.sys is your page file (aka swap file aka virtual memory).
Cannot & should not be deleted.
