Daylight Savings Time Glitch

On two computers my "scheduled tasks" no longer run after the daylight savings
time change. Here is what I found out.
In order to get them to work again, I had to go into the properties of each
task and change the time (any time change, I changed it one minute later).
WindowsXP then asked for my password which I gave it and then the task worked
again. I then changed the time back to the original time and all "scheduled
tasks" again work. This looks like a small glitch with Windows XP. Does
anyone else come up with the same problem?
