Seems like it has its own recycle bin? Try checking the service manager to
see an entry for Adavanced installer. Then nuke, uh... disable it. Also
check for an entry in one of Windows startup category using Microsoft's
AutoRuns.

Unless you disable the culprit that made those folders, deleting them one by
one would be meaningless since they would likely be created again.

Mirosoft never did uses Advanced Installer technology. It's the other way
around. Advanced Installer uses Microsoft's technology. Specifically, the
Windows Installer.

The likely contents of those folders are a duplicate (or partial duplicate)
on Windows' Recycle Bin for each drive. If not, then the contents are the
deleted data files of the program that was installed using Advanced
Installer. Or they're the master installer files or the program's backup
files themselves. Worst case is, they are collected files of personal
information. Either way, you should check the contents first using a hex
viewer/editor.
