How do I change the Drive Letters assigned to my Hard Drives

With the previous versions of Windows I used to be able to give my 3 Hard
Drives and 2 CD Drives the letters I choose, with XP I dont appear to be
able to, Any help out there ?

Right click on 'my computer'
Select the management console and go into manage disks
Right click the partition you want to change.
Same for removable drives.
