If anyone knows some miracle solution ;) to this... thanks!

Could be the Adobe Gamma Loader in Photoshop. You should be able to prevent
it from loading at startup by running either msconfig or services.msc.

Winerr 012 - Cash Underflow - Credit Card Number Will Be Assimilated
Thanks for the msconfig tip. I figured out that it is some game that I
installed last night - it was installed like 100% but then appeared another
menu for some more installing (lousy programming) and this was never
installed because PC locked up - so game was not installed (some files
actually who knows how important) and couldn't be uninstalled because
install log was missing - but you could play the game (maybe all game
related files were there)...
I think that problem is here - I also didn't reboot my system before
starting the game (Rebels: Prison Escape - bad game and so problems :).
I will try to at least defragment hard drive sometimes this works as well...
Any other sugestions are welcome!
And on a side note - is this OK that loader.exe is located on a C: partition
were is my Win 98 partition and not on D: partition were is XP actually???
On a C: is also iedlll...
Sorry for my ignorance - I am not much into OS...

Boot into Windows XP and try installing the game to D:\ProgramFiles\Rebels
.You will usually have this option when installing.Reboot when the install
is finished, then run the game.
I tried this and this time I managed to install the game. But, unfortunately
I am getting again loader.exe error - few moments after I boot PC. If I
uninstall the game - same error report.
I can disable it - and everything runs OK but after all there is feeling
that something is wrong. I hate to install OS again and again...
