It doesn't take a psychic to confidently predict that you're going to go
through every damned newsreader on the market only to come right back to OE
with the OEQuotefix add-on installed. You might as well admit it now,
despite all their features, the other newsreaders just don't cut it. Of
course, you'll head off to Opera 7 before you take that advice, then you'll
ask, "how do I see replies to my messages?" And you'll try out Agent but
will get tired of cleaning up your vomit from the keyboard every time you
launch it and have to look at the most grossly configured GUI of any app on
the planet... worse than linux GUIs, even.

I don't use OE on this machine... It's too hefty to be useful. I only found
out about the newsgroups delivered free from my isp a few weeks ago, so I'm
new to this lark. I did know that OE can deal with them, but didn't think
to use it. I'll give it a go...
Seems to work ok....
