So, Roxio claims they are going to release an updated version of EZCD
Creator 5.02 when XP is finally releeased (in 13 days...), I have heard
rumors that 5.02b will work with XP, though some claim it will disable your
CD-ROM drives...

If you're only interested in burning image files (.bin/.iso ect.)
fireburner (www.fireburner.com) works fine.

For bunches of files you can just use XP's built-in software.

On my 3rd attempt, EZ 5.02 finally installed and didn't hijack my ROM
drives.
With my Lite-On 24X-10X-40x I burn a 78 minute music CD in 3 minutes and 55
secs. I'm happy with the way EZ is working compared to Nero 5.5.5.1 which
does work also.

I have found that ALL of the Roxio Platinum 5.02 works perfectly... to make
Direct CD work, you right click your cd burner drive, and unclick "enable cd
recording on this drive" then direct cd will do the work!
