I'm not sure if I heard correctly from somewhere... but is there some
StarOffice 6 source code?

I wouldn't have thought so, as they have turned over most of the code to
be developed as Open Office.

OpenOffice.org, set to take over the non-proprietary part of the StarOffice project does not seem ready for general release but is usable?
