Tough to get to some sites

Hello all,

I am having a hard time getting to

http://my.monster.com/manageagents.asp
(Working on not having to visit that site)

http://www.bankofamerica.com/ - then signing on. I can get to home page
(sometimes), but can never get to sign-on page.

http://www.2coolweb.com
http://web.2coolweb.com/controlpanel - should present a logon "dialog"

I have tried with Konquerer, Netscape 6 and Mozilla.

I also have a very tough time downloading e-mail from mail.dfwsupport.com -
as an IMAP server it can't seem to download message bodies, and as a POP3,
it doesn't seem to be able to download messages.

Naturally IE 5/6 and Outlook Express work like champions.

As a Linux newbie (3 weeks now), I would like to know if this is simply
part of the Linux experience, or are there things I can be doing to visit
these important (for me) sites.
