Does anyone know how to prevent someone (or a linux system) from IP
Killing (teardroped)? I appreciate any help!!!

You mean, someone teardropping the Linux box?

Get a newer kernel - from messages from Red Hat, I think 2.0.32 or
2.0.33 have been patched to remove the vulnerability.

Could yu please tell me what is "teardropped" and ISP killed?
