Looks to me like he's making it up (how sick is that!?)... and if not, why
can't he pay for it out of the 1000's he's made from the other internet scam
he's running...

It is really fortunate for you that our paths have crossed! There is a
very polite gentleman in Nigeria that has been trying to give me large
sums of money for years. I went ahead and gave him your email address. I
