Has anyone successfully installed Opensuse Leap 15.3 (latest release) on
a PC with an AMD Ryzen 5600G-CPU? Was it right out of the box with the
integrated GPU or with a separate GC?

I have it installed on "AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor".

Separate graphics.

What happened here? Did you get it to work with 15.3 or did you have to
wait for 15.4? I would have expected the integrated GPU to have worked
without problems.
