I installed Slackware 13 64Bit. I tried to do xorgconfig but nothing
happened. But KDE works ok when I do a startx. Has xorgconfig been
replaced?

Not so much replaced as redundant.

Normally, you first test X.org by running it and seeing if it runs without
an xorg.conf file. Most configurations on modern machines are expected to
work without an xorg.conf file, and this is the preferred way to run them.
If however, something about the default is not correct, you generally use
'X -setup' or whatever the encantation is to generate a default xorg.conf
file, which you then edit for the appropriate pieces.

That would be xorgsetup.
