sbopkg finishes but does not make package

I don't recall this ever happening to me. I used slackbuilds
to build the Sage system. It errored out over suitesparse.
I reran config to exclude the sparse matrix and the build
completed, but there is no package.

I looked into the Makefile but there isn't a make-pkg
option. Any help would be appreciated. Each build attempt
takes almost two hours.
