It apples more to Debian develops from what I've seen.
The Slackware people look more like Cowboys.

I'll go first.

-I did have a neck beard in my early college days, but that was long
ago.

-I have an old, refurbished Dell laptop for which I paid $80.00. And
two other old laptops which were given to me by my employer. No stickers.

-I'm afraid I do suffer from lack of sunshine.

-Likewise when I'm programming or working on my websites I sometimes
give that a higher priority than hygiene.

-I have a wife, but otherwise tend to be a loner, not that I like
being alone. I just don't like socializing. Anyway, I get more
programming done that way.

-I do not tell people I use Vim, but I will tell you about my editor
of choice--Joe (Joe's Own Editor). It is a fabulous editor. It is
simple and easy to use. Otherwise, I use vi, kwrite or kate when needed.

-I do not talk about Anime, although I am a fan of Hatsune Miko's
music, especially the Ievan Polkka which is in a class of its own:

Good for you. I don't program, but I do wear socks to keep my feet warm
this time of year, so I guess they can't be called programing socks. I
don't have stickers on any of my machines, but I do own a big stuffed
penguin that I never did name.
