Can someone direct me into a software that could allow me to setup the
equivalent of an MS Exchange server on my small business network?
I am looking into email, calendar as well as conference room reservation
and group/public folders (or kind of)
Any help would be much appreciated.
Best regards.

Neither evolution nor aethera is good enough yet.
There are several webbased applications that does that job.
An exchange server was mentioned with a mail/calendar/addressbook app at
http://apps.kde.com the other day - unfortunately the server is down right
now:(
In Konqueror, type "fm: exchange server" or "fm: mail calendar" to search
freshmeat.
