Mandrake 8.1 has 3 cds.
Cannot help on the burn question.
Hi Thierry,
Here's what you should do:
1) Cancel "Nero Wizard"
2) Go to "File" and click on "Burn Image..."
3) In the dialog box that will popup change "Files of Type" to "All Files
(*.*)
4) Navigate to the iso file and click "Open"
5) In the following window do not change any settings, just click "ok"
I hope it'll work for you ... good luck
]How can I burn the mandrake 8.1 iso file ? I don't succeed. I got Nero 5 but
]it doesn't function. I have just one file ( the iso file ) on the CD. I
]don't have the Mandrake folders ( images, mandrake, rpms...)
]Thanx for support. I've lost 5 CD already...
You forgot to tell NERO that this file was a raw CD file, not a file to beburned to
the CD. Somewhere in the Nero menu system is an appropriate check mark to make to
tell it to burn a raw file.

Does not have to be a bad iso on the site.
I downloaded 3 times from the same site before mine was correct.
I am on cable modem instead of dial up.

Install DAP.

Avoid North America & Asia at all costs. European sites are fast most
of the time.
Go to the iso folder. Right-click a file> Properties> copy the
address. Paste it in DAP. You can set DAP up to shut down computer
after completion. I do it before I sleep. :)
nero can master audio cd's better than protools that costs way over £1000,
it CAN burn ISO's, the confusion is merely caused by it's defaulting to a
weird proprietry file extension instead of ISO ( you may or may not know
that that stands for International Standards Organization, so they probably
had to invent a format to be allowed to write software for windows, since
MS hate standards).
Can Easy Cd master audio cd's, I don't seem to remember that?
