go get the flash pack for linux in http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
get the "tar.gz" pack, unpack it, and put the file
libflashplayer.so
in
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
and
/usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins
it will work
I couldn't make it work this way, but I found a debian package for it, in
etch unsupported packages or something similar in symantic.
sudo apt-get install swfdec-mozilla
Works for me.

I guess he was talking about Adobe Flash, which works with IceW :p
anyhow, swfdec is preinstalled if you have GNOME anyway (Debian Lenny)

this is the way i've allways installed flash player in several distros
(debian, mandriva, fedora, knoppix, slackware, etc.), it allways worked.
did you restart the iceweasel / mozilla ?
for konqueror, you need to go to settings and refresh the plugin detection.

yes, there is a pack in debian that puts the file in it's place, but it
might not install the latest version.
