Hello NG,

this problem is keeping me (just newbie I think) busy for a time. Having
configured mutt and exim4 for receiving and sending emails over smtp, I
have sent myself an email, which I can perfectly read. The only annoying
thing is, that in the 'From: line' stands not the 'real' adress, but
only 'lindermann@name of machine'. I have searched in google (too much! and
not the right things) and the documentation, but still have not any
idea. /etc/email-adresses has my username and email - but alas, still not
my mail-adress.

Sorry for this - I think - German English - hope you can help me.
Jens

sorry - this is a famous effect, that you will find the answer just in the
moment clicking 'Send'...

Thanks
