Another "final" judgment entered for Novell; next notice of appeal due July 12

Another final judgment was entered today, June 10, 2010, at 10:02
-0600 (MDT), in SCO Group, Inc. (f/k/a Caldera International, Inc)
v. Novell, Inc., No. 2:04-cv-139, D. Utah. (See

docket listing with links to copies of most documents that have been
filed with the court.)

Novell prevailed on all of the issues that were tried to the court,
and SCO's motion for judgment in its favor on some of the issues that
were tried to the jury was denied.

SCO's notice of appeal is due on Monday, July 12, 2010, per
F.R.App.P. Rules 4(a)(1)(A) and 26(a)(3).
