brainwaves and consciousness

I have just uploaded a bunch of downloadable sound samples to my Lucid
Dreaming website. The sound files have embedded brainwaves within them so
they entrain your brain to specific frequencies like alpha for meditation or
theta for visualistic trance-like states of consciousness.
If anyone is interested in experimenting with brainwave entrainment you can
find everything you'll need: Info, Free Resources, directions, sample files,
etc...

From the main site just click on the page about Brainwaves & Entrainment if
you want info about entrainment and how it workzzz.....
or click on Using CoolEdit and there are step-by-step instructions on how to
make brainwave entrainment files using CoolEdit (which you can download for
free) along with all the samples I've made using CoolEdit
so you can check it out and not have to fool around with doing it yourself.
The samples uploaded now are in .wav format which is the format used by
CoolEdit, but I am working on posting some larger sized files in .mp3
format.
Once I have them uploaded I'll post again....
