Position Description:
Project will involve performing Strategic Planning for the client regarding
market positioning and core competencies around its e-learning business
group. Candidate will assist the client management in narrowing the
products and services that they will offer, the market they will target, and
the competencies that the organization already has, or must develop in
order to increase margins. Candidate will perform detailed process mapping
and leverage the competencies and market positioning referred to
above. Candidate will facilitate internal team meetings as appropriate,
discuss and document key process improvement areas, and detail
procedures and workflow associated with these process improvements.
Experience Required:
