Position Description:
Client seeks a candidate to be a Java mentor to work on the system
development team. Candidate must have a strong background in object
oriented and web based development practices, and be able to provide
knowledge transfer of those principles to various work groups within the
project teams. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Total Quality
Management principles, and possess skills such as facilitation and
leadership in a team environment. Candidate should be able to provide
evidence of experience as a team leader in a large Java based development
effort.
Experience Required:
Required skills: Project/Team lead, Mentoring/Knowledge transfer skills,
Object Oriented Development techniques, Java, VA Java/Websphere, and
XML/XSL.
