internet speed

6.81 mbps all of the time on their speed test. Is there any way that I can
improve my speed to get it up to 7 mbps download? Thank you.

7mb is the theoretical throughput. In the real world, there is some
data overhead to manage the connection... Line noise, handshakes, the
quality of your modem/router/NIC.
If you are consistently getting 6.8mb on a 7mb line, that's pretty good.

Dude, that's good. Don't complain about it. If it was 7 KB/sec, then
yeah there's a problem.
