Problem is, they could actually give a shit less about this problem. I
have been calling and complaining about that specific router since Feb. Yes
you Read right, I have been complaining about that router for over 8 months.
I have bitched and complained to everyone there, and gotten no results. Just
this week Clearsource became available in m Neighborhood, and I am changing
services, 8 months is too long for a problem to go unsolved.
My .02 Cents,
Jon Oliver

How long does it take you to correct problems here? I have been waiting 8
MONTHS, guess you guys are going for the full year before you fix it.

atleast you name the servers correctly when you name them LAG-O-VISTA.

That's who got me somewhere.....at least my HOT RR is free until the problem
is 100% fixed.
As for clearsource, I cant get them in my neighborhood (TSTC). However even
if i could it wouldnt work for me, they have a 5gb monthly transfer limit,
which i would use up in about 4 days.

Forgive an ignorant newbie but what does the "HOT" in HOT.RR
have any significant meaning?

Jon, what I wanted to point out to James was that this group is not
officially monitored by any TW or RR employees. The likelyhood that
anyone working for HOT.RR would even see his post here would be pure
chance. I would expect the local groups are monitored a little more
closely than this one.
